Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy describes how cancellations and refunds work for Sahayak subscriptions provided by Demolabs.
1. Free trial
The free trial is provided at no cost and includes up to 50 worker questions. You can cancel anytime during the trial — there is nothing to refund.
2. Paid plans
Sahayak is offered on monthly and annual subscriptions (Pilot ₹10,000 / month, Growth ₹25,000 / month, Enterprise custom). Payments are charged at the start of each billing cycle and grant you access for the cycle ahead.
3. Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time by:
- Emailing us at support@demolabshq.com from the email registered on the account
- Replying to your most recent invoice
- Using the in-app cancellation flow (coming soon)
On cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the billing cycle you have already paid for. After that, your account becomes read-only for 30 days so you can export your data.
4. Refunds
Monthly plans: non-refundable. We do not pro-rate partial months — you keep access for the rest of the month you paid for.
Annual plans: if you cancel within 30 days of the start of an annual term and have not yet sent more than 200 worker questions, we will refund the full annual fee minus any months already consumed at the equivalent monthly rate. After day 30, annual plans are non-refundable but you keep access until the end of the term.
Add-ons and overage charges: non-refundable.
5. Service level credits
If we miss our 99.5% monthly uptime target on Growth or Enterprise plans, you can request a service credit equal to:
- 5% of the monthly fee for uptime between 99.0% and 99.5%
- 10% for uptime between 95.0% and 99.0%
- 25% for uptime below 95.0%
Credits apply against future invoices and must be requested within 30 days of the affected month. Credits are the sole remedy for missed SLA — they are not refunded as cash.
6. How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7–10 business days via Razorpay (for INR payments) or Stripe (for USD and other currencies). Bank processing times may add a few days. We will email you a confirmation when the refund is initiated.
7. Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please reach out to us first at support@demolabshq.com — we'd much rather sort it out directly. Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension of the service while we investigate.
