Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Sahayak, provided by Demolabs. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
1. Acceptance
By signing up, accessing, or using Sahayak, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into this agreement on behalf of your organization. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Sahayakis an AI-powered assistant that answers frontline workers' questions on WhatsApp using your uploaded standard operating procedures, HR policies, training materials, and other documents. The service is provided on a subscription basis.
Sahayak is a productivity tool. It is not a substitute for legal, medical, safety, or other regulated professional advice. Customers are responsible for verifying any AI-generated answer before acting on it in safety-critical or legally-regulated situations.
3. Your account
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure
- You are responsible for activity that happens under your account
- Inform us promptly of any unauthorized use at support@demolabshq.com
- You must provide accurate information about your organization and the workers you onboard
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Upload content you do not have the right to use
- Use the service to send unsolicited messages, harass workers, or violate WhatsApp's Business Policy
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract our models or system prompts
- Use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purposes
- Interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the service
5. Your content and our license
You retain all rights to the documents and content you upload (your "Customer Content"). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, and use Customer Content solely to provide the service to you. We do not use your Customer Content to train third-party foundation models.
You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share Customer Content with us, and that doing so does not violate any third party's rights.
6. AI output disclaimer
AI-generated answers are produced on a best-effort basis and may be inaccurate or incomplete. You acknowledge that:
- You will not rely on AI output as the sole basis for safety, legal, medical, or financial decisions
- You will review AI output before acting on it in regulated or high-stakes contexts
- Sahayak is a tool to assist your team, not to replace human judgment
7. Fees and billing
- Plan fees are listed on our pricing page and the in-app billing screen
- Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled
- Payments in India are processed by Razorpay; international payments by Stripe
- All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes (GST in India) unless stated otherwise
- We will provide at least 30 days' notice before any price change to existing paid subscribers
- Past-due accounts may be suspended after a 14-day grace period
8. Term and termination
Subscriptions run month-to-month or annually as selected at checkout. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. We may suspend or terminate the service immediately if you materially breach these Terms. On termination, you may export your data for 30 days, after which it is deleted per the retention rules in our Privacy Policy.
9. Service level (SLA)
On the Growth and Enterprise plans we target 99.5% monthly uptime for the dashboard and the WhatsApp answering pipeline, measured outside scheduled maintenance windows. The Pilot plan and the free trial are provided as-is without an SLA. If we fall short, see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for service credits.
10. Confidentiality
Each party will protect the other's confidential information with the same care it uses for its own (and at minimum, reasonable care), and will use it only to perform under these Terms. Confidential information does not include information that is public, was already known, or is independently developed without reference to the other's confidential information.
11. Warranties and disclaimers
We will provide the service with reasonable skill and care. Except as explicitly stated, the service is provided "as is" and we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
12. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Each party's aggregate liability for any claims arising under these Terms is limited to the fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13. Indemnity
You will indemnify Demolabsagainst third-party claims arising from your Customer Content or your breach of these Terms. We will indemnify you against third-party claims that the service, as provided, infringes such third party's intellectual property rights — subject to standard carve-outs (your misuse, modification, or combination with third-party tools).
14. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced to operators in the dashboard at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
