Sahayak is a digital, cloud-delivered SaaS product. This page describes how access is provisioned after signup or payment.
1. Digital delivery only
There is no physical product, no hardware, and no shipment involved in using Sahayak. Everything is delivered over the internet through the web dashboard and via WhatsApp.
2. Provisioning timeline
- Free trial: access is provisioned instantly when you create an account at /signup
- Paid plans: access is provisioned within minutes of a successful payment. In rare cases involving manual KYC review, provisioning may take up to 24 hours; we will keep you informed by email
- Worker onboarding: workers join by texting your organization's JOIN code to our shared WhatsApp number — they are activated immediately on a successful match
3. Login details
Your operator account is accessed using the email or phone number you signed up with. If you lose access, use the password-reset flow on the sign-in page or email support@demolabshq.com.
4. Service availability
Sahayak is available wherever WhatsApp Business messaging is supported. The web dashboard works in any modern browser. There are no geographic restrictions beyond local laws.
